Quick-n-Easy Refried Beans Recipe


Ingredients
* 16 oz. Pinto beans (canned or cook your own)
* 1 tablespoon chili powder
* 1/2 teaspoon cumin
* salt to taste
* ground blask pepper to taste
Directions
1. Drain the pinto beans, save the juices
2. Place the cooked beans in a bowl and mash with a fork or blender until a paste forms.
3. Fry the beans on high until thoroughly heated, adding the juices as needed to keep from burning
4. After the beans have been cooked, add chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper to taste.
